Leveltec is seeking a motivated and technically minded Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Gloucester, NSW.
This role is central to our sales operation, supporting customers across Australia through phone, email, and digital channels. You'll manage enquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and work closely with our field sales, engineering, and operations teams to convert opportunities and grow customer relationships.
An electrical or technical background is highly regarded, as you'll be working with engineered products across mining, industrial, and power distribution applications.
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE
* Responding to inbound enquiries and qualifying new leads
* Preparing and following up quotes and proposals
* Conducting sales conversations via phone, email, and video calls
* Supporting field sales representatives with pricing, technical information, and customer follow-up
* Updating CRM records, tracking opportunities, and forecasting pipeline
* Liaising with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely solutions
* Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within customer accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and qualify inbound leads and customer enquiries
* Conduct remote sales presentations and close opportunities
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers
* Develop strong product knowledge across Leveltec's verticals
* Maintain accurate records of all activity, quotes, and opportunities in the CRM
* Work collaboratively with marketing, field sales, engineering, and operations
* Support customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through
ABOUT YOU
Essential:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Comfortable selling via phone, email, and video conferencing
* Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple opportunities
* Willingness to learn technical products and systems
Highly Regarded:
* Electrical trade qualification, electrical engineering background, or strong electrical knowledge
* Experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer service roles
* Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting processes
