Positions Available
We are currently recruiting for the following roles, with full-time, part-time, and casual positions available depending on experience and availability:
Back of House
* Chefs

Front of House
* Bistro / Café and Wait Staff
* Reception
Bar & Gaming
* Bar Staff
* Gaming Attendants and Cashiers
* Keno Operator Experience (advantageous but not essential)

About You
We are looking for team members who:
* Have experience in clubs, pubs, hotels, restaurants or function venues
* Take pride in delivering genuine customer service
* Work well in a team and contribute positively to workplace culture
* Are reliable, flexible and well presented
* Are available to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends
Required / Desirable
* RSA (essential for FOH, Bar & Gaming)
* RCG (required or willingness to obtain)
* Food safety knowledge (for Catering roles)
* Previous licensed club experience (highly regarded, not essential)
