Our company is a leading Australian manufacturer of screen and digital printed labels, badges, nameplates and branding products with over 50 years' experience. We have a full time, position available for a hands-on production operator to work in our die-cutting/finishing and Engineering departments.
This is a blended role whereby you will work across two important parts of our business; you will be responsible ensuring that all machines are used safely and effectively to ensure LNI operations are effective and productive, and product output is of a high standard.
Your core responsibilities will be to focus on operating different machines across parts of the business, ensuring all SOP's and job cards are followed, confirming documentation is updated accurately and role modelling the behavior's that create a high performing, engaged culture.
Metal work involves the operation of guillotines, servo presses, turret presses and other metal working equipment. The die cutting and finishing area requires the operation of automatic cutting tables, die cutting machines, guillotines and other finishing equipment.
Key areas of responsibility:Experience in sheet metal work and finishing is preferred.
