ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
We're currently experiencing a significant growth phase in the remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD Region. As part of this expansion, we're seeking experienced Line Chefs to join our permanent relief team and support operations across our Anglo sites located in Moranbah, Middlemount, and Moura.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of sites, gaining valuable experience in different kitchen environments and broadening your exposure within the remote mining hospitality sector.
This is a Fly in and fly out position (FIFO), 14 days on, 7 days off 10-hour days accommodation and meals included.
FIFO where possible from the following points of hire: Brisbane, Townsville and Rockhampton
Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis.

· Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
· Food safety supervisory certification (desirable)
· Experience within bulk catering environments
· Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
· Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
· Flexibility to work across multiple sites within the Central QLD region
