Our structure consists of divisions focused on Regulatory Operations, General Counsel and Technology and Strategy. Supporting these divisions are Executive Support Offices which facilitate and coordinate activities across the broader organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to a senior executive. You will act as their single point of contact, anticipating their needs and proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.
You will be supported by other administrative staff to complete tasks such as travel bookings, reconciliations and hospitality claims. However, you will be responsible for ensuring these tasks are completed on time.
The role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
