Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver - Carole Park (HVAC)

About the role
As part of the HVAC team in Carole Park, you'll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
* Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
* Help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
* Provide customer service and information about products.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoyment of helping customers both in person and over the phone.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
* Comfortable using a computer and openness to learning new systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop your career – either locally, within the network or at a head office.
