Guest Service Agent / All-Rounder
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent / All-Rounder to join our team.
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front desk duties, including greeting and assisting guests
* Checking guests in and out
* Setting up and maintaining breakfast service
* Inspecting rooms to ensure quality standards are met
* Assisting housekeeping as required
* Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A reliable and flexible approach to work
* Availability to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and public holidays
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
