Concierge – The Star Grand Hotel, The Star Entertainment Group
As our Concierge at The Star Grand Hotel, you will assist with leading the daily operations of the Porter Valet team to ensure a positive guest experience and promote The Star Gold Coast as a leading entertainment destination.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our guests and hotel teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere to ensure the daily operations are efficient and guests are responded to promptly
Supervise and provide guidance to the Porter Valet team to ensure maximum productivity
Assist the Chief Concierge to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved
Creating a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale and teamwork
What we are looking for
Passion to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Experience in a leadership position with the ability to motivate and engage the team
Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
