About the role
As an Operations Coordinator at United Cargo, you'll play a key role in managing the daily coordination of import and export shipments.
You'll work closely with our clients, agents, and carriers to ensure freight moves smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Perfect for someone with 1–2 years' experience who wants to grow their logistics career.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air, sea, and domestic shipments
Manage bookings and documentation in Cargo Wise One
Liaise with clients, shipping lines, carriers and overseas agents
Track shipments and provide updates
Ensure compliance and accurate records
About You
1–2 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Basic knowledge of Cargo Wise is preferable but not essential – full training will be provided
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication skills and a team player
