About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility for shaping the future for people looking for sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia contract. You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plansSupport job seekers to develop the confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforceAdhere to government contractual requirements within a quality & compliance frameworkPost placement support of job seekers and employersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersWorking with employers to manage employer vacancies
