RACV City Club has been awarded Club of the Year numerous times, ranking it amongst the world's finest clubs. Featuring restaurants, accommodation, a fitness centre, spa, pool and conference facilities. The RACV City Club is a social, leisure and business hub designed to cater for the needs of all members.

RACV is currently seeking talented candidates to join our passionate and friendly team at one of our many sites Bistro & Cafe Lounge and Conference and Events. This is a casual position with a competitive causal rate + weekend and evening penalties.

What you'll need to be Successful

* A passion for the beverage industry with knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine an advantage but not required

* Previous working experience as a barista or in events or functions is highly desirable

* A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service

* Team player and work well under pressure

* Victorian RSA preferred but not essential

* Ability to do a 3 plate carry

* Available to work approximately 3-4 shifts per week across 7 days with full availability on Saturdays
