About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Stock Controller to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and looking to grow their career in pharmacy retail.
There is genuine potential for promotion for the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance, leadership qualities, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain stock levels and ensure timely restocking of shelves
* Follow TerryWhite Chemmart planograms to merchandise product ranges
* Receive, unpack and display incoming stock
* Liaise with sales reps and work closely with the Pharmacy Management Team
* Maintain a clean and orderly stock area and shop floor
* Assist with inventory reporting and regular stocktakes
* Support in creating attractive point-of-sale displays
* Deliver excellent customer service as needed on the floor
Roster Available:
* Required: Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays
* Opportunity for additional shifts over time
* 6-hour shifts (with flexibility for the right person)

* Prior experience in retail stock control or merchandising
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn and grow with the team
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
* Availability to occasionally help cover other shifts or leave, as part of our team-first culture
