**Key Role**
This role is focused on the development and maintenance of high-quality training and assessment resources. Ensuring compliance with ASQA standards and the VET Quality Framework is critical for trainers and assessors to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
**Responsibilities**
Oversee development and validation of training and assessment resources; Ensure compliance with VET Quality Framework and ASQA requirements; Monitor trainer and assessor credentials and professional development; Manage LMS (Moodle) and SMS (Wisenet) to meet compliance standards; Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
**You**
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or RTO Compliance qualification highly regarded; Strong knowledge of Standards for RTOs and VET Quality Framework; Proven experience in developing compliant training and assessment materials; Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Ability to manage priorities and deliver within timeframes.
