About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to customers after their finance product has been established. Handles day-to-day account maintenance, operational requests, and enquiries in line with policies and procedures.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customers with post-settlement enquiries and requests.
- Process customer requests in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems.
- Promote a positive brand experience in every customer interaction.
- Answer inbound customer calls as part of a rotating roster within the team.

Operational Tasks

- Support customers and brokers with operational tasks, including account payments, statement requests, and account maintenance.

Experience & Skills

- Experience in a customer service, call centre, or administration role within financial services, banking, or lending.
- Familiarity with loan products, account maintenance processes, and operational task management.
- Experience using CRM systems and financial services platforms.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualification in financial services – preferred but not essential.
