Envy Electrical and Automation are seeking a reliable and organised Electrical Storeman and Purchasing Manager to join our staff on a full-time basis, overseeing our warehouse, purchasing & delivery coordination.

This role is primarily based in our office & warehouse with daily travel to residential sites.

Duties & responsibilities:

* Manage warehouse inventory levels and purchase new stock as required, ensuring stringent cost control to avoid cost increases
* Prepare job boxes for technicians and coordinate material deliveries to and from job sites
* Audit stock levels, including of technicians' vans, to ensure efficient installations
* Monitor market prices and negotiate with suppliers to maintain accurate purchasing records and support financial stability
* Pick and pack materials from the warehouse into job boxes for delivery to residential installation sites.
* Deliver job boxes to sites in the morning and collect them in the afternoon
* Arrange additional site deliveries using wholesaler delivery service or Uber deliveries when necessary
* Conduct regular stock takes and maintain an organised warehouse, supporting the team as needed

Experience & qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a warehousing and stock management role
* Current driver's license with a clean driving record
* Must hold a valid Car licence (C class) for daily site deliveries
* Familiarity with electrical materials and components is preferred, but non-essential
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management
* Good physical fitness and ability to safely lift and move materials
* Excellent communication and teamworking skills
* A Keen eye for details
* Reliable punctuality
* Valid Australian work authorisation required for this position
