Partnerships and Hospitality Coordinator Job
This role involves managing, influencing, and leveraging a portfolio of corporate partners to achieve objectives and deliver the benefits of their sponsorship agreement. The position also focuses on coordinating hospitality requirements for corporate partners and VIP functions.
The Partnerships & Hospitality Coordinator will work closely with the wider team to deliver on strategic and business objectives. They must be personable, passionate, highly organized, willing to go the extra mile, and work to clear priorities.
The key accountabilities include servicing commercial partners, maintaining positive relationships with identified partners, influencing and leveraging partners to achieve sponsorship agreement objectives enhancing brand positioning market perception NSW Waratahs. Additionally they assist in sponsor activation strategy delivery both match day non-match day marketing campaigns working closely partner internal media communications team high-performance team
The coordinator also owns event hub match day build EDM templates ticketing templates catering merchandise flows client engagement processes creating detailed event briefs shared Merivale prior season finalizing polished hospitality offering across all event spaces co ordinating premium corporate hospitality spaces each NSW Waratahs home game including all event documentation set up catering entertainment selection

The Partnerships & Hospitality Coordinator will work across various departments including Events Commercial Licensing Administration Financial Other Stakeholder Management Developing effective relationships stakeholder groups through proactively communicating delivering regular updates ensuring stakeholders well informed goals expectations aligned mutual interests management of partnerships can involve negotiating agreements securing support sponsors identifying new opportunities enhancing existing ones.
