This is an Immediate Start, Full-Time, Monday to Friday opportunity with our client. We’re looking for Production Operators / Pick & Pack team members to join a fast-paced production environment.
Location: St Mary’s, SA
Shift: Day Shifts – Mon 6:30am–3pm | Tues–Fri 7am–3pm
Pay: $31–$32/hr day shift rates
About the Role:
Join a leading Australian-owned manufacturing business with over 30 years’ experience, operating a modern, highly automated facility - in the plastics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate production machinery and complete daily tasks
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution
* Inspect products to ensure quality standards
* Maintain a clean, sterile work environment
* Meet daily KPIs and efficiency targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Availability for 38 hours/ week on day shifts - other shift may be available after commencement but not guaranteed
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
* Excellent hand/eye coordination
* Reliability, teamwork, and safety focus
* Full Australian work rights - ability to work full time hours
* Immediate availability preferred
