Are you an AMHSW who wants to do therapeutic work — without the commute, the rigid clinic hours, or the case-management admin pile?
Hope Allied Health Services is a registered NDIS provider and we're growing our allied health team. We're looking for mental health social workers who want flexibility, autonomy, and the satisfaction of genuinely moving the needle for participants and clients.
What we offer
* Performance bonuses — when your participants hit their goals, you get rewarded for it. Your outcomes are recognised.
* We work around your schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends, school hours. You set your availability, we fill it.
* Competitive contractor rates — above-market, transparent, and negotiated based on your experience.
* 100% telehealth — no travel, no parking, no wasted time between sessions.
* We handle the admin — billing, scheduling, and NDIS coordination so you can focus on clinical work.
* Supportive team — dedicated coordinators, peer support, and a leadership team that actually knows the NDIS.
What you'll do
Deliver telehealth therapeutic support under Medicare Focused Psychological Strategies or NDIS funding, complete MBS / NDIS documentation, and support participants navigating mental health, trauma, grief, housing, and support systems. Keep session notes clean and coordinate with GPs or case workers where relevant.
What we're looking for
AASW-accredited Mental Health Social Worker
NDIS experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Medicare FPS provider number + confidence with telehealth-delivered therapeutic support
ABN holder (or happy to get one)
Reliable setup for telehealth delivery
SDA/SIL experience and community languages (Farsi, Arabic, Mandarin) are a bonus — not a requirement.
Casual, part-time, or contract — minimum 5 hours/week. Scale up or down as life demands.
Apply via Indeed. We read every application.
