Xestro is a healthcare software company based in Maroochydore. We build and support the platform used by specialist medical practices across Australia.
We are looking for graduates with strong general intelligence and good communication skills to join our client support team.
What the role involves
You will start in client support, which is the best place to learn how our product and our clients work in practice.
You will:
* Investigate client questions and issues by breaking them down logically.
* Learn the structure and behaviour of the Xestro platform.
* Communicate clearly with practice managers and clinicians by phone, email, and remote sessions.
* Help new clients settle in during onboarding and early use.
* Contribute to improvements in documentation, processes, and training material.
Over time, this experience can lead into roles in onboarding, client success, operations, product, or quality assurance.
Who we are looking for
You are likely to be a good fit if you:
* Pick things up quickly and retain detail without being told multiple times.
* Are comfortable with software, even if you do not code.
* Can explain a complex idea in simple, calm language.
* Are willing to admit "I do not know yet" and then go and find out.

Your specific degree is less important than your mindset. We are interested in how you think and how you deal with people.

Salary
Salary from $69,160 per year, with the opportunity to move toward $80,000 after probation based on performance and contribution.
