HRMIS (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM) PROGRAM
The HRMIS Program will replace WA Health's existing HR, payroll and rostering systems with a contemporary integrated solution as part of a key recommendation of the Sustainable Health Review and the WA Health Digital Strategy
The new HR, payroll, and rostering solution, called HRplus, will transform the way pay, rosters and leave entitlements are processed for nearly 60,000 WA Health employees. The new solution will reduce many manual processes and paper-based HR forms, while providing employees with more options to securely access their payslips, leave and roster information at any time, including from their own devices.
Health Support Services (HSS) is leading the implementation of the HRMIS Program in partnership with all health service providers (HSPs) and other WA Health entities.
