Your New Role
As a Market Insights Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Brand & Marketing team by delivering actionable insights that drive membergrowth and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to combine dataanalytics with strategic marketing initiatives in a dynamic, purpose-drivenenvironment. Someresponsibilities include:
* Analyse data to identify optimal opportunities for growth and retention as directed by the Brand and Marketing team's marketing managers;
* Provide analysis to stakeholders across key marketing initiatives across all channels, including AJO email campaigns and paid campaigns;
* Support marketing managers with self-serve reporting solutions and guidance/training on how to use self-serve dashboards effectively for reporting on marketing campaign results;
* Implement system generated analytics capabilities to expedite key data to users such as alerts, auto send of periodic dashboards to support an increase in a data driven culture; and
* Influence and drive decisions on digital analytics and EDH data inputs, requirements, and insights through proactive collaboration of cross functional teams and other senior stakeholders as required.
