We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager (Associate) at Hostplus.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in the superannuation sector and is eager to transition into account management.
You will play a pivotal role in retaining and strengthening relationships with our existing employer and member base.
This will be achieved through the proactive management of key employer accounts and fostering strong connections with their key contacts.
In this hybrid role, you will deliver exceptional in-person and digitally driven services to a dedicated portfolio of Hostplus employers.
You will also deliver workplace and digital education initiatives, while providing content and campaign support aimed at enhancing member outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Retention and growth of an employer/member portfolio through servicing and engagement activities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
* Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships at all levels of seniority within allocated portfolio of clients
* Delivery and execution of formalised client Engagement Strategies to all employer accounts
* Develop a thorough understanding of key account employers and their members
* Identify, develop and win new business, maintaining relationships with prospective employers
About You:
* Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably within superannuation or financial services
* Ability to develop and implement effective account management and sales strategies
* Technical proficiency in all aspects of superannuation
* Knowledge of industrial relations environment and superannuation issues
* Understanding of Hostplus Trust Deed, administration processes, and service standards
* RG146 Accreditation mandatory
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline desirable
