Aeromedical B350 / PC-24 Captains - Sydney
Pel-Air is recruiting suitably qualified and experienced pilots to operate its fleet of King Air B350 and Pilatus PC-24 "Super Versatile Jets" for the NSW Ambulance fixed-wing contract based out of Mascot, Sydney.
Pel-Air operates a fleet of Proline Fusion equipped King Air B350 and Pilatus PC-24 aircraft for NSW Ambulance, providing a 24/7 emergency service. As part of this dynamic operation, pilots will operate the aircraft in a single pilot operation in close teamwork with NSW Ambulance Flight Nurses and Staff, who are responsible for the medical care and treatment of patients onboard. Pilots will help deliver life-saving services, including emergency patient retrieval and transfer services across NSW and into other states. All shifts start and end in Sydney.
In 2024, Pel-Air began operating the Pilatus PC-24 for the NSW Ambulance contract. The PC-24 is the first jet aircraft in the NSW Ambulance fleet, offering speed and clinical benefits. It features a modern Honeywell cockpit and is capable of accessing airstrips that other jets of similar size cannot.
Successful candidates will initially operate the B350 and will be eligible to operate the PC-24. Positions are available for Line Captains.
