As a sales consultant, you will provide clients with premium customer service, product solutions, and build strong customer relationships. Motivated and positive, you should have experience working in a busy retail sales and customer service environment and be capable of delivering outstanding service to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Consulting with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, quotations, and follow-ups, leading to sales closure.
Ensuring the showroom and equipment are clean and meet display standards.
Supporting the in-house Culinary Team with the coordination of cooking classes.
Continuously learning and improving product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers.
Assisting with telephone inquiries and general administrative duties.
Participating in trading nights, product training sessions, and showroom events.
Actively engaging in the customer engagement framework.
Achieving and exceeding team-based targets and KPIs.
Candidate capabilities:
Experience delivering world-class customer service with a consultative approach.
Ability to work and succeed in a team environment.
Proficiency in resolving customer inquiries and conflicts professionally.
Thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Quick thinking and adaptability to provide customer solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of systems including MS Excel and CRM software.
A desire to continually learn and improve product knowledge.
