We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager / Cabinet Assembler to take ownership of our factory operations and play a vital role in preparing and assembling cabinetry that transforms our customers' homes.
About the Role
This is a full-time, factory-based role combining warehouse management with practical cabinet assembly work. You'll be central to keeping jobs running smoothly from delivery through to installation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assemble high-quality cabinetry and flat-pack units with care and precision
* Manage warehouse operations, stock control and inventory
* Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Prepare and stage components for upcoming installation jobs
* Coordinate pick-ups and occasional deliveries as required
* Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in warehouse operations
* Cabinet assembly experience (kitchens or joinery preferred)
* Reliable, organised and detail-focused
* A practical, hands-on approach with pride in your workmanship
* Team player who enjoys contributing to a small, professional crew
* Forklift license or walk-behind fork experience essential
