**The Role**:

You will be efficient, precise and attentive. On a daily basis, your day to day duties will include:
- Assist in the management 15+ listings
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Buyer call backs following open homes
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Database prospecting, development and maintenance
- Attending weekly sales meetings & training
- General administration duties
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Confidential, professional and friendly phone manner
- Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
- Be 100% committed to succeed in real estate
- Must work Saturdays
- Tech savvy with intermediate MS office skills
