About The Role
Join Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies (CFT) and play a critical role in supporting our national Business Development team. This is more than a traditional admin role; you'll be the engine behind our sales operations, ensuring opportunities are captured, proposals are delivered to a high standard, and our pipeline is actively managed.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with an interest in sales, or someone looking to build a long‐term career in sales and business development.
Working closely with Business Development Managers across Australia and New Zealand, you'll coordinate tenders, manage CRM data, prepare quotations and proposals, and help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales function.
Responsibilities
* Support Business Developments to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
* Prepare high‐quality quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
* Coordinate tender documentation to ensure timely and compliant responses
* Maintain and optimise CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and contacts
* Monitor and report on sales pipeline performance and provide reporting insights
* Process orders and ensure all supporting documents is complete and accurate
* Assist in identifying and progressing new business opportunities, including qualifying leads and coordinating meetings
* Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, and market‐facing materials
* Ensure alignment with internal processes, budgets, and sales targets
About You
* Experience in administration, sales support, or a coordination role (sales experience advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) and sales reporting tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with proposals, tenders, and technical documentation
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a sales environment
* Understanding of government or infrastructure procurement (desirable)
* A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales
