The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and organised Stores Officer to join our NSW team. This role is focused on spare parts administration and inventory support, providing essential support to the Warehouse Manager in stock control, documentation, and logistical coordination.
Responsibilities
* Spare Parts Administration: Maintain accurate parts records, order processing, and documentation
* Inventory Management: Order, track, and maintain spare parts inventory; perform regular stock checks and update Pronto records
* Logistics Support: Assist with coordination of parts deliveries, supplier communications, and resolving discrepancies
* Documentation: Handle paperwork for shipping, returns, and compliance records (e.g., MSDS)
* Assist Warehouse Manager: Provide support with stores and logistics tasks as required
* General Admin: Maintain filing systems and support team communication
Qualifications
* High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence – required (current and valid)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Self‐motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Permanent work rights in Australia
* C Class Driver's Licence
* Minimum 1-2 years of inventory management or warehousing experience
* Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience with Pronto
* Background in inventory control, purchasing, or spare parts management
* Knowledge of importing processes and compliance documentation
* Test and Tag licence
