Parking Valet Attendant - Hotel at Propark Mobility
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Pay Rate: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour plus cash tips
Job Type: Part-time
Shift & Schedule: 1st and 2nd
Must Have: 2 years Driver's License

What we’re looking for
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service.
- Be outside and active most of the day, standing and walking, with the ability to handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- You may be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects by local management.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, assist with parking, and ensure safe vehicle handling.
- Provide clear information on rates and retrieval process.
- Follow company policies for vehicle inspections and handoffs.
- Support team operations and uphold brand standards.
Must Haves
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and friendly demeanor.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues positively.
Good To Haves
- Valet parking: 1 year or more
- Customer service: 1 year or more
