The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and caring Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse—or someone looking to expand their skills in general practice—to be part of a supportive and progressive healthcare environment.
A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care in a general practice setting
* Conduct health assessments and chronic disease management
* Administer immunisations and vaccinations
* Perform wound care, ECGs, and other clinical procedures
* Assist GPs with care plans and preventative health programs
* Participate in health promotion, recalls, and patient education
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support accreditation activities
* Sterlisation and Maintenance of clinical equipment
About You
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Current CPR
* Current WWCC-NSW
* Immunisation Status up to date
* Proof of Indemnity Insurance
* Experience in general practice or community health (preferred)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Immunisation certification and familiarity with clinical software (desirable)
