We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Services Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing airport operations, providing customer service at all operational areas, and performing activities related to flight handling, including pre-flight planning, check-in, departure and arrival handling, baggage, lost and found, ramp, lounge, delay handling and any customer enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing airport operations and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with service standards agreements
* Providing excellent customer service at all touchpoints and addressing complaints effectively
* Working closely with ground services partners to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintaining proper records and filing systems on flights and daily operations
Requirements:
* Sound knowledge and understanding of traffic and operational functions
* Strong service ethic, good time management/organisational skills and ability to work flexible hours
* Good interpersonal skills with internal/external customers and strong conflict resolution skills
* A strong team player who promotes team spirit and unity
* Ability to obtain security clearance for an ASIC pass
