About the Role
We're looking for a welcoming, customer-focused Receptionist to join us on a casual basis at Tasman Holiday Parks - Geelong.
In this role, you'll be the first smiling face our guests meet, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.
Along with this you will be a team player and happy to jump in and help our Housekeeping team at times on those extra busy days to ensure our rooms are ready to welcome guests.
What We're Looking For
Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems – Newbook would be extremely advantageous
Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
