About the role
Are you ready to turn data into meaningful insights that drive real impact? SA Power Networks is looking for aCustomer Data & Insights Analystto help us better understand and serve our customers. Reporting to the Customer Analytics Manager, you'll use advanced analytics, innovative technologies, and yourexpertisein data to uncover valuable insights. Working closely with stakeholders, you'llenhance self-service reporting, improve data governance, and design engagingvisualisationsthat make data accessible and actionable across the business.

About you
Your skills and experience will include:
* A degree in Information Technology, Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI.
* Expertisein datavisualisationdesign,leveragingcorporate reporting and analytics tools to deliver impactful insights.
* Strong communicationskills (written, verbal, and presentational) to effectively engage with stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
* Advanced analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
* A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently while driving results.
