Overview
The busy Service Department of Goldfields Toyota needs some help. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and enthusiastic team member to join us. You will report directly to our Service Manager and be responsible for booking, greeting and managing daily customer interaction within our Service Department.
Responsibilities
* Book appointments and manage daily customer interactions within the Service Department.
* Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
* Support the Service team with administrative tasks and customer communications as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong telephone and computer skills with excellent communication abilities.
* Some mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required; willingness to learn.
* Well-presented with a focus on delivering a memorable customer experience.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
