What You'll Do
Quotation, Order Processing & Invoicing
* Collaborate with Sales and product team to create accurate, customer-aligned quotes and process orders efficiently.
* Ensure all pricing, product details, and contract terms meet internal policies and customer expectations.
* end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Serve as a central link between Cross-functional teams.
* Facilitate smooth communication, alignment, and execution across all operational areas.
Timely Delivery & Service Excellence
* Ensure all operational commitments are delivered on time.
* Uphold exceptional accuracy and service quality in every interaction.
Reporting & Process Improvement
* Prepare detailed order, invoicing, and logistics reports.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
