ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project. The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, assess, and proactively manage commercial risks and entitlements to protect project outcomes
* Lead the end‐to‐end management of claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute processes across major subcontract and JV packages
* Advise, review, negotiate and draft a broad range of agreements of varying financial and risk materiality
* Work closely with project delivery teams, planners, cost managers, legal advisors, and JV partners to develop coordinated claims strategies
* Lead commercial negotiations and support formal dispute resolution processes where required
* Implement and monitor contract processes and policies in collaboration with the client
Criteria for Selection
* Minimum 8 years' experience in construction/commercial management, with at least five years focused on tie‐1 construction projects
* Experience working within a Joint Venture Partnership is highly regarded but not essential
* Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
* Suitable experience in a similar role within a Construction or Infrastructure environment
* Demonstrated ability to motivate/manage multi‐disciplinary teams
* Strong communication and sound negotiation skills
* Sound legal, commercial and risk management knowledge
