The Role: As Clinical Care Consultant at Colton Court in McLaren Vale, you will coordinate and lead clinical and customer care services for residents. You'll be a trusted primary point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and excellence in this full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality, person-centered care services in line with legislative and professional standards.
2. Coordinate individual care plans and clinical services for Colton Court residents.
3. Respond to feedback and address care needs in consultation with a multi-disciplinary team.
4. Collaborate with home leadership to meet compliance standards and support business and service goals.
5. Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and care staff.
6. Coach and mentor Nurses, Care Workers, Students, and other staff members.
7. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
About You:
1. Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration required.
2. Experience working in aged care environments is advantageous.
3. Proven experience in clinical leadership or staff supervision.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and person-centered care principles.
6. Knowledge of Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards, legislative requirements, and AN-ACC funding model.
7. High level of clinical care and documentation competence.
8. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
