The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and managing our detailed maintenance plans, contributing to our operational efficiency and project success.This role is based on an 8D 6RR roster at our Kens Bore mine site.Your primary responsibilities may include:Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for routine and preventive maintenance tasks.Optimise the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.Collaborate with department heads to align maintenance priorities with organisational goals.Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential disruptions in a timely and clear manner.Generate reports to track and analyse maintenance performance.Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement best practices and improve overall performance.Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to address and rectify any safety concerns.What is required?Pronto experience essentialTrade certificate (advantageous but not required)Proven ability to plan multiple activities for remote areas with knowledge of logistical issuesPrevious experience in a Maintenance Scheduler RoleAdvanced skills in Microsoft ProgramsA strong attention to detailCurrent Australian working rightsAbout CSI Mining ServicesCSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources (MinRes), is one of Australia’s largest mining services contractors.
