Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to shape our Talent Acquisition strategy within the country. You will be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing talent insights and driving innovative sourcing strategies.
You will build and develop a team of recruiting professionals, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Innovate on behalf of the customer, analyze processes and enhance hiring plans to meet increasing talent demand.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, building diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing approaches.
* Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering deep industry expertise and educating them on best-in-class recruitment practices.
* Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and career growth.
* Leverage data-driven insights, dashboards, and metrics to measure team performance and drive process improvements.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate future talent needs and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, utilizing various recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
* Direct people leadership experience, including managing managers.
* Success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
* Proficiency in business English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in high-volume and specialized hiring, combined with the ability to coach teams across multiple channels.
* Ability to communicate and influence across various levels of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
* Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and business narratives.
