The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a highly respected national property team in Brisbane, working on some of Australia's most notable commercial property transactions.
You'll join a practice handling a broad mix of property and business deals, including commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, structured community title developments, and rural acquisitions and disposals.
This role involves working alongside an industry-recognised partner, acclaimed for their expertise in real property and leasing law, as acknowledged in The Best Lawyers in Australia and Doyle's Guide. Under their mentorship, you'll gain invaluable experience on high-profile matters in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The Work
* Large-scale capital transactions - due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, and financing
* Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing - acting for major landlords and tenants
* Structured community title development including mixed‑use projects
* Liquor licensing & gaming - regulatory compliance and approvals
* Rural property transactions - acquisitions and disposals across key sectors.
