About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and check-in guests in a timely and efficient manner
* Process guest departures, including checking out and handling any issues that may arise
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, products, pricing, and promotions
* Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue
* Handle incoming communication, including taking reservations and responding to guest inquiries via phone and electronic systems
Requirements
* Calm and composed under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Computer literate and able to navigate through hotel systems
* Demonstrated experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food industry
