About the Role
As an Anaconda Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and inspiring a team of 30+ staff in a big-box retail environment
* Driving financial performance, including P&L management and KPI achievement- SMASHING goals
* Managing high stock volumes efficiently and ensuring seamless store operations
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience and being a strong brand ambassador
* Coaching and developing a strong talent pipeline within your team (identify talent within the team)
* Overseeing visual merchandising and promotional execution
* Leading by example—motivating your team and creating a fun, dynamic workplace
Who We're Looking For
* Proven retail store leadership experience in a large-format retailer
* Experience managing teams of 30+ team members
* Strong financial acumen & execution - including P&L, forecasting, and trend analysis
* Excellent communication & leadership skills
* Passion for outdoor adventure and customer engagement
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
