* Manage schedules for residential construction projects focusing on single-storey homes
* Prepare schedules, procurement plans, and materials lists for efficient project execution
* Coordinate closely with site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain timely progress
* Identify potential delays or issues early and implement effective solutions
* Collaborate with the team to continually improve scheduling processes and efficiency
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing residential construction projects, particularly within the context of project homes
* Knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and methods related to single-storey home construction
* Organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritising tasks effectively
* Effective communicator with excellent team-working skills
* Familiarity with relevant software and Microsoft Office tools
