We are currently seeking a driven and energetic individual with the passion and ability to model the way and empower the reservations and front office team to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
A new opportunity has arisen to join our Revenue team as a Cluster Revenue Manager. As a key member of this Regional Revenue Team, you will be responsible for yielding management techniques to maximize occupancy, conduct forecasts, and maintaining accurate data and weekly reports.
You move fast, think faster and rarely break a sweat under pressure, whether you're crunching through driving revenue and establishing appropriate rate strategies for all markets, updating hotels on any relevant reservations issues, or keeping on top of monitoring group holdings to ensure room blocks are accurate. All while keeping your key stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
We're going places and whilst previous experience in a similar role particularly in the hospitality, travel or tourism industry would be ideal, we value people who wake up with a positive mindset, roll up their sleeves and make the most of whatever comes your way.
