Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all meals are cooked to the highest standard.
* Following national recipes and plating guides.
* Ensuring all meals are served quickly and consistently.
* Maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen.
* Managing staff and allocating sections and secondary duties throughout shifts.
* Contributing to the improvement of current menu items and developing new ideas.
* Managing stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature log reporting.
Requirements:
* Diploma qualification in a relevant field or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
* Working rights required for this role.
