What you will be responsible for:
* Providing an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and equipping all customers with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience
* Assisting the Manager and team in maintaining a high level of visual presentation within the store
* Striving to deliver on sales & wages targets and KPIs through delivering exceptional customer service and solutions-focused product recommendations
* Delivering on all operational requirements of the store, including replenishment, housekeeping, remerchandising, endless aisle fulfillment and repairs and care
* Acting as an R.M Williams brand ambassador at all times
What we are looking for:
* A genuine love of providing exceptional service to customers
* At least 1 year of experience working within a retail or hospitality business in a fast-paced environment
* A strong drive for meeting and contributing to sales targets through a focus on service and selling
* Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories
* Excellent communication skills
* Commitment to learning and delivering on all operational requirements of the role
* A passion for working positively and collaboratively as part of a team
