Are you an experienced early learning professional ready to advance your career, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a successful team?
As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Lavington, you will leverage your experience and leadership qualities to motivate your team, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.
In this role, you will:
* Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
* Manage the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
* Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

If you have experience as an Assistant Director or in centre leadership, we would love to discuss the opportunities available to you.
You’ll need:
* A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
* A current NSW Working with Vulnerable People Check or willingness to obtain one
* Leadership experience in education, health, or community services
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged areas
* Proven financial and operational management skills
