Overview
As our Commercial Manager / Financial Controller, you'll be the linchpin in our dynamic team, overseeing the budgets and financial reporting for all our exciting developments. Work closely with our project managers, ensuring the smooth financial management of each project and reporting into the Managing Director on all commercial forecast across the business.
Responsibilities
* Become a key player in the financial management of our luxury residential projects
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Leverage your expertise in dispute resolution and claims to support our project managers with any difficult claims
* Monitor projects at all stages of the progress
Preferred Requirements
* Proficiency in budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Proven experience in dispute resolution and claims management
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with project teams
* Competent user of Jobpac, Cheops, and State Master software packages
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex financial challenges
* Experience working within the construction industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a construction related field
* Extensive experience in the construction or real estate industry
* Demonstrated track record of success in a commercial management or financial controller role
