This role is based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital.
They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs-based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level.

As a Banking Consultant/ Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to:Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutionsBe part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experienceContribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer valueActively participate in and support bank programs and initiativesTake responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspectiveEnsure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and proceduresWhat will you bring?
