As a Sales Representative for Arthrex, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across our product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, Imaging & Resection, Shoulder Arthroplasty and Orthobiologics.
The ideal candidate will have a successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar fields, or experience as an allied healthcare professional looking to transition into sales. They will possess strong team orientation, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

* Key responsibilities include developing effective relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff, promoting the sale of products/solutions that address customer pain points.
* Identify customer needs and optimize opportunities, generating leads and presenting product information.
* Provide in-theatre clinical support during cases, deliver in-servicing for customers, and support new product launches.
